International Shipping
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, SOKU CREATION will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
Returns and Exchange
Soku Creation crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organization. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
For return/exchange:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.
SOKU will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take upto 15 days.
